Electron Beam Welding, Inc. has some of the most sophisticated equipment in the business. A shop full of high-tech machinery does not guarantee success. We owe our success to something that is much harder to come by. Good people.
 
Electron beam welding was introduced commercially in this country in the fifties. Although it is a relatively new field, we already have 40 years of experience behind us. And many of our people have been honing their individual skills at our plant since the company's infancy. From managers to machine operators, there's a team of high quality people behind our machines. This collective experience shows in every job we do.
 
Quality-control has always held the highest priority at Electron Beam Welding, Inc. Our facility has a complete quality-control department, staffed by experts with decades in the aerospace industry. They know precisely what tolerances and procedures are required, and carefully consider each project's feasibility before it is begun. We design custom fixturing, special automated jigs, unique tooling, whatever it takes to do the job. If we can't do it right, we won't do it at all.
 
We have always believed that it's better to tell someone up front why we wouldn't do a job, rather than why we shouldn’t have.
